Index eBusiness have 3 support packages in place for you to pick from, bronze is our basic support page, silver is for more advances uses such as "how do i" questions, and gold is are all included package. See below for full details of our packages.
BRONZE Support Package
With our Bronze Support Package whenever you have a problem with your IT infrastructure or Microsoft software you can call us for a remote fix at no additional charge. If we are unable to fix the problem remotely an engineer visit is arranged and charged at the support rate of £20 per half hour or part thereof.
Please note that the Bronze Support Package only covers “Fault related” calls and does not provide cover for new installations of Hardware or Software.
SILVER Support Package
The Silver Support Package includes all of the features of our Bronze Support Package plus you are able to ask us what we call “How To” questions like “How do I turn an Excel document into a PDF?” and “How do I transfer a file via the internet?”
GOLD Support Package
The Gold Support Package includes all of the features of our Silver and Bronze Support Package plus it has the added advantage of allowing you to call us about any and all IT problems. If it is in any way computer related we will endeavour to help. We will work directly with your suppliers to find the best solution for you in as short a time as possible.
